Here is my analysis -When sana broke down in confession room ..
People say its bec of gulati call but many ignore how much she was restless even before gulati's call came..Same goes to sid too that she was affecting him ..he himself confessed it in wkw ..
Here are the points I noted, that even after being apart still they care for each other -

And in that episode came a golden moment.
When Sid and paras were arguing full on in kitchen area and Sid had answer to every taunt, but when Paras said, Tabhi tere wali mere paas hai,
He went silent for a moment and didn't even counterattacked him on the statement . And The whole Spare tire conversation he had in washroom area with paras,Showed his frustration.
In that week both of them were at their worst. I have seen Sid angry, but that week he was behaving weirdly, he was poking everyone. He isn't like that and Sana had cried so much. She wasn't that hurt when people character assassinated her, but this time it was deep
Then I saw a unseen where Sid and Asim were talking and Asim tells him let's nominate Sana next and Sid tells him I am not gonna nominate her.

It was during balloon task. When Sana and Khesari had their turns to burst their balloon. When Sana started ,Sid's face was neutral like he was neither happy nor Sad. Ok but then when whole pati patni thing started ,He turns and looks what is happening and then turns back, but then laughter increases and in a moment, I have never seen His neck turn moving so fast and looking at Sana and Khesari. And His mood went off.
Which was noticed by Salman too and looking at Salman, Arti looked at him too.and then after whole thing his mood was off.
And after that scene, I was Like "Man! Their union is inevitable "
Which is because, Sid was kinda disturbed seeing that kind of camaraderie between Sana and Khesari,Who was A married man! Matlab He is so much possessive of her. You can say he got jealous by a married man too.

Then came Monday, where The cutest moment of the season happened.

Then at night, The cutest moment happened. But what was surprisingly for Me, was that no one said Sorry or nothing. They both didn't need words to sort out. It was just there. I was actually surprised at that kind of understanding. Then he looks at her and she moves to his arms. Wow! What kind of understanding!
On a Side note, Khesari ji was in awe of Sana too. I have seen unseens and noticed that.
And then a moment happened when Sana asks Vishal will he help her with oiling her hair. At which Sid makes face and Sana hits him with pillow. She knew he gets affected by her talking to other guys.
