No registration is not required but a marriage is not a marriage without witnesses and priest..this way any boy and girl can claim that they got married ..its not valid ,rest they can do whatever they wish to ..make babies , sleep with each other, wear sindoor mangalsootra and keep unlimited karvachauths..there is no social.binding..

They apparently need to feel married, Dil ki Shaadi etc. Why do they need Dil ki Shaadi man? When they share something more special? And when they do need a Shaadi, why not get married properly?

Anurag had no memory loss then. I think the first time this dhaaga Shaadi happened, the pandit told them it's incomplete, and you'll have to get married properly and for that you have to annul this first dhaaga one.

Now, they were anyway getting married again, by doing this Dil ki Shaadi, wasn't he refuting whatever had happened earlier? Didn't he know his dil ki Shaadi had to be invalidated for him to get married to her properly? It's also possible they have such huge marital/pre-marital/post-marital problems coz Anurag can't hold his horses. 🤔 They could have just gotten married decently, without this chunri and all that nonsense. If Anurag wanted to get married anyways, he could have arranged a pandit and finished off the rituals there itself? If the answer to this is, CVs are dumb, I will still accept. Then, the answer to their Shaadi being divine and it is all about Prerna's and Anurag's union of hearts and souls and other stuff cannot actually be divine. The answer to that also is that CVs are dumb. 😆

And as far as the chunni is concerned anurag told her that pandit ji said that chunni is Mata ka aashirwad n she wished to have it so that she can begin her new life with Anurag with Mata ka aashirwad...anurag never actually considered social Marriage as the only mean to validate their marriage...he was happy with their dhaga Shaadi too...but for moh n for fulfilling prerna's wish he was ready to get married socially as prerna has wished for...

First he does some dhaga nonsense and slept with her saying they r getting married in a week..

Now this sindoor and mangalsootra saying that they r getting married the next day? Shameless cvs how many times the same thing will be repeated and why?

But even AnuSona marriage is not valid. It is not because of lack of registration. You are right that they have photograph, witnesses and a pandit to testify. However, the biggest invalidity of this marriage will come from Anurag himself because he was unconscious at the time of marriage as per previous episode. Both the parties to marriage have to be in full possession of their mental faculties which was not the case with Anurag, unless Anurag takes a U-Turn under some duress, coercion or blackmail.

Her marriage with anurag can only be validated if her real identity is revealed..there also we r not sure what excuse cvs will come up with.. anukomo had sindoorless marriage ..

Secondly, her acceptance or rejection would not change the validity of her marriage. If it had been properly done, it would be valid.

And Moloy doesn't seem to be too unhappy with the lack of social marriage, the way they seem concerned about his feelings? He's just happy Prerna is carrying their Chirag. 😆
