Enough of vedika now!!!

Hey guys..

Anyone watched today's episode?! Kaira's beautiful dream squence and kartik's confession left me in awww.. but then they showd this vedika ka drama. Ab bas bhi Karo yaar.. the way she said kartik se bohut Pyaar karti hu, woh bhi naire me saamne...uff ab aur nahi!! Why do the makers give so much importance to a third angle?! It's super irritating to watch her drama!! Now I doubt whether Kaira Milan ho bhi Raha hai ki nahi!

Totally agree with your title - Vedika is starting to make my head spin.

I have no idea what the writers are trying to make of her. Because if today's rona-dhona was meant to gain sympathy, then they must think we don't have even half a brain. Her truth telling today was very selective. She only confessed the one thing calculated to gain her sympathy. But where was she in actuality for all those days when she first claimed she was in the US with her imaginary aunt and then said she had been kidnapped? Clearly that second story was another total lie. What in the name of heck was she up to? Shacking up with Akshat? And why is she being blackmailed by him anyway?

Also I couldn't tell for sure from the soundless montage but I don't think she told them that she knew Kairav was in danger of being kidnapped by Akshat. Only that she scared Akshat away (yeah right... that was some real himmat she showed). And then how about confessing the suicide attempt, instigating Naira to sign the divorce papers, telling her to leave with Kairav etc.? She hasn't confessed any of her real crimes. Which makes her just come across as sly and manipulative. And Pankhuri's acting was so pathetic and fake, with that scrunched-up face and hand wringing.

Honestly if it turns out the writers are being subtle and that's their endgame - that Vedika was just acting bechaari all along and that she and Akshat planned a long con to get their hands on Goenka money - then I will take my hat off to the writers for their cleverness. But I doubt her villainy is intentional. I think they're just confused about how to deal with her character and frankly so am I.

Also I find myself feeling totally meh about Kartik Naira and their lovey dovey scenes. They just leave me cold now. In some ways YRKKH has become less about loving Kaira and more about hating on Vedika 🤣

Ditto 👍. They intentionally put her scenes just after some good Kaira scene. Yesterday also after Kartik’s realization they brought her , I thought may be Kartik will tell her everything first as that is a dignified gentleman’s way , but naah , Why didnt Kartik went and told Vedika first that he doesn’t love her and wont ever be able to love her. Why he has to make sure first that Naira loves him, then he will go and tell Vedika, isnt he being opportunist here?? He said sorry, but that dint do anything, Vedika was clueless, she held his hands and dragged him inside and confessed her love for him infront of everyone and Naira .

The makers want us to sympathize with such character who blackmailed and got Kaira divorced . Sorry her story is pathetic, not at all convincing . I would have given a benefit of doubt if Aksat was her husband but he was just a fiance , that too 5 long years ago. Why to hide such incident and run away for so many days telling she is going to US 🤦🏻‍♀️. Pathetic writing makers , really pathetic 👎

P.S the confession scene looked so shallow to me. There was no need to add the dream just before the real confession, doesn’t makes any sense. I know people are going gaga on every SM platform but sorry i didnt feel the emotions i still feel whenever i watch their pre Vedika Kaira scenes.

Sadly I think unless vedika is killed off ..her character is going to stay. Her marriage to kathik is very real..kathik and the rest of the family does regard her as his wife. It’s only us viewers that don’t really see her as his wife...because the makers did not show us the wedding. Even though they shot the wedding sequence they did not show it to us because they probably wanted to avoid the trolling and abuse they would have got from the fans. But sadly she is karthiks wife. Karthik doesn’t love her but he feels obligated to take care of her and she is a part of his life. In the previous episode he looked at her and naira and asked God to help him choose...so that tells us that he definitely considered spending his life with her..Because the truth is he took pheras and vows within her. I think as they had decided to marry karthik and vedika they should have shown us the wedding so we could understand what’s going on and accept it. And yes they destroyed kathik and nairas love story by getting him married to vedika. I really don’t see karthik divorcing vedika.. I can’t see naira letting that happen..either akshat may kill her ...then she’ll exit the show or sadly if she doesn’t get killed then it’s possible she will stay karthiks wife 😭😭😭

True that, there was no point of getting them married if at all they were thinking of a dramatic divorce just after that, even engagement would have done the job.

There was no point to get the legal couple divorced somehow in a single day, keeping the legality would have made it easier for Kaira in the end, they could have used it. There was no point of gaining sympathy for Vedika instead they would have shown her grey if they wanted this marriage to end.

There was no point of making Vedika confess her love for Kartik infront of everyone today, if Kartik’s confession meant anything. This will just lead to the drag they want, Kartik running behind Naira but in the end Naira convincing him to stay with Vedika as its Naira who knows most about Vedika as is sympathetic thowards her because of the suicide thing.

You know now I just don't care how they end this character... Make her mahaan, kill her off or what ever just end it already. I just watched half the episode just for Kartiks confession the rest not at all interested in Vedus dukh bari kahaani. Can't even get myself to sympathise with the woman and I can imagine what ugh dialogues she would be saying 🤢

Makers always take pleasure in ruining the positivity that arises after a Kaira scene ( like confession) with overdose of Vedika that leaves bitter taste in the end. No matter what Till Vedika is around I get scary to feel hopeful of Kaira reunion. I wonder whether we will get Vedika free YRKKH at all.

Correct me if I am wrong here because I skipped the latter half of today’s episode, but based on the segments and tweets, Vedika didn’t tell the Goenkas about Akshat wanting to kidnap Kairav, right?

I find it ridiculously funny that she had all the time in the world to narrate her sob story from 5 years ago, even mentioned about her latest kidnap which was her own doing (who leaves their house without informing anyone and goes to stay in a hotel), but left out a major detail that her greedy ex-fiancé had plans of kidnapping a 5 year old? I think she’s more delusional and stupid than we give her credit for. How on earth did she assume that she would scare away a person, who had abused her in the past, with a pepper spray and few lines on how she isn’t afraid of him anymore?

Is no one gonna call her out for her bullshit? She lied to them about going to America because of which Kartik was imprisoned. He could have been sentenced had Naira not risked her life and saved Vedika. What if Naira had gotten hurt? Even when she came back, she lied to their faces and orchestrated a whole story on being kidnapped for days. She allowed a dangerous person into their house, a house with small kids in it and now she hid about him wanting to kidnap Kairav.

What was she scared of anyways? Why would Goenkas abandon her for having a past relationship? Kartik, himself, was in a relationship prior to getting married. Why would he have cared about Vedika having an ex? What does her feelings for Kartik have anything to do with the ex and his abusive nature?

As for Kaira getting back together, Kartik seems firm on his decision. I don’t see him backing out. Even if Naira refuses to return to him, I don’t think he’s gonna stay in this marriage with Vedika. We still have two months for the leap, that’s enough time for the raita to be cleaned. I do wish that prior to Vedika’s exit, Kartik learns about everything she said to Naira which forced her to move to Singhania’s. He needs to know that she faked a suicide attempt despite knowing the legal status of their marriage. She was the one who wanted Naira and Kairav to move to Goa. She did all she could to separate Kartik and Kairav because she wanted Naira out of Kartik’s life. Her blackmailing and manipulations led to the custody battle and Kairav hating on Kartik. Even Naira needs to know the circumstances under which the marriage happened. Kartik told her no one can replace her but I don’t think she knows that he got married due to the family’s pressure.

I sooo want all these things to come out infront of everyone but i am afraid, no one even recalls those stuffs anymore in the show. I also dint watch the episode , can anyone tell me did she gave the reason of leaving like that for so many days? What did she say about it.

And about Naira, i know she is very soft hearted and forgiving, but today was not the day to take stand for Vedika, cant she get how much harm Vedika did to her family. She should have left her to give explanations when everyone questioned her , she has to explain the the reasons herself as she is not mute . She is a very sharp tongue which she uses very efficiently against Naira . Everyone is so happy that Naira stood for a woman, but excuse me, a broken engagement with an abusive person doesn’t make you a victim for life that others should stand for your wrongdoings.

The abuse happened long ago but Vedika’s deeds against Naira are very recent. For god’s sake Naira , understand what kind of mess she has created in your life because of her own insecurities: she forced u to get divorced which later traumatized your own child, her foolishness of hiding away got Kartik jailed, kairav hospitalized and now Kairav kidnapped. Your mahanta is going to cost you your own family , wake up girl.

And can anyone tell me one more thing, are the writer same for this show since 2016. I really cant understand the lazy writing and obvious plot holes in this track. Unlike other tracks like the whole Kartik- Naira love bloom, divorce, raghav, clot or pick any other track , this track feels as if its written by some uneducated chawlvali aunties( sorry not generalizing) . Who are these writers man??
