Star employees would be direct employees of them in a corporate set up. That they will necessarily have to be good to them and like you said they are REALLY good to the point that they spoil them.

But sadly technicians or the creative backend of a show/film are not their employees. They work for production houses who mistreat them due to abundant misery. Some people don't even go home for a week since the pressure to air an upcoming episode is so high. And thanks to Bollywood- the most disorganized industry in the world, things keep changing even like a week before theatrical release that puts abundant pressure on the already drained technicians. Sad world.

And there is no association to protect the rights of Writers and Technicians in BW is there?

There is a writer's association as far as I know. But nothing constructive for other fields in BW. And even if someone does take any action, it involves a lot of going to and fro because no one really cares. Everyone's just busy sucking up to the stars and their needs.

There is no value of people or talent. This is what pisses me off. It is all about who can suck up to the big stars and powerful folks. No ethical practice 😑

The worst part is that these production houses have all the money in the world to pay actors for their personal entourage which is never ending but when it comes to paying their own crew who is actually working for the film and giving it shape, they have no money. I would also blame the stars for this. Pay your entourage from your own pocket na. What is the need of bringing a 10+ team of people on an outdoor shoot ? It's literally like a free trip.

Kya ch*tiyappa chal raha? Yeh Sakht girl mujhe apni problem batayi, maine uski har PM ke answer mein boli ignore karo. Ab teri bitching ka hissa maine kaise bani? You tried hard to provoke me including that "Zeal said bad things about me" I still didn't say a word against him.

Waise hi mujhe yeh PM PM achcha nahin lagta... Last time keh rahi hoon... Please apne ya forum ke problems le kar mujhe PM mat bhejo koi. Main saal mein 3-4 baar purane friends ke saath baat karne ke ilawa yeh PM-PM khelna pasand nahin karti. Mujhe agony aunt samajh rakkhi hai kya?

I do hold grudges for too long. But, that guy did help me out when I was in distress. Ab itna bhi Shaitaan ka saala nahi hoon , to not apologize. Waisey that would make my life easier. Lately, I have realised that i am self absorbed and have emotional capacity of tea spoon . I don't really want this IF drama to affect my personal life but from past 1 month it's really affecting me .
