But my problem with this logic is - how can the channel be so desperate to scapegoat another two contestants to get their precious Ram/Laxman back, when Asim has emerged to become the closest thing to a worthy rival for Shukla.

- Rashmi simply does not have the personality for this show. She's on borrowed time.

- Paras is a snake, not a fighter, and is not 'top rivalry' material. He's a fun player to watch, but his deal is just mindgames, manipulation, and aag lagao tactics, which is not what the show needs.

- Vishal was the last big attempt they made, and what a phuski that ended up being. Vishal is practically trying to take over Asim's old Laxman position right now.

So, right now, the only guy that seems like might be a believable rival against the rigged winner (or definitely at least the rigged finalist) is Asim. So I'm just so surprised that this show is doing all this to bring them back together again. What is the point? The dosti thing has outlived its entertainment value for me. I wanna see a healthy rivalry between Sid and Asim now, with no below the belts comments and dhakka-mukki, but just two strong, ego-driven alphas battling it out in tasks and politics for nominations etc. That's what I want from the remainder of this show.

Well I feel there are two ways to look at it.

1. They simply don’t want any rivalry against Sid. Everyone whose gone against him has borne the brunt pretty badly. Compared to all those people( he did bully the girls Rashmi, Mahira and all) Asim( yes Shukla was violent and did deserve more backlash) faced a lot less. Shukla was called out more than he has ever been on this show. We can’t ever expect Shukla to be called out as much as all the other contestants are. All of Asim’s issues were blamed on Himanshi and Shefali- it makes no sense to do this if it wasn’t done to bring them back together? Himanshi turning against Asim also plays right up into this. They’re giving the whole Sid vs Asim thing a spin of that Asim is an idiot who fell in love with this manipulative girl who manipulated him into breaking up with his big brother. They’re invested in the bond of SidSim just like they were in SidNAz.

2. It could simply be the fact that BB team doesn’t want Asim to go against Sid right now because even though they want to change the dynamics they don’t want to do it just yet. They’re extending the show so it’s 2.5 months left right now and they might have actually not wanted Asim and Sid to fight right now but to save it up for later. But Asim’s unplanned outburst put a chink in their plans. So they’re doing everything to rectify it. But I really don’t see Asim and Sid being able to being friends. Asim isn’t probably abiding by the role in the BB story but BB is still very reluctant to paint his as a villain which I thought they would be. To sort of take the spotlight from Asim to whitewash Shukla, instead of painting Asim in a negative light- they put the major blame on Himanshi and Shefali to an extent.

So to continue on this and maybe even sounding hopeful about it- I do feel BB has a very clear plot for Asim in the story and how they wanna take it forward.

Forget about fans and all, but BB had a very clear chance to paint Asim rather negatively this week( like Himanshi Salman could have given him no time to clear his stand). Yes I get that Asim provoked and Shukla retaliated, but it’s BB and they can go anyway to defend Sid.

I feel proud of Asim he made the name by himself everyone say he is a shadow of Sid bit I Do

think he helped Sid being a real true friend stick with him listen to him.as s mentor that is not a shadow it's a being a genuine friend even Sid knows that he also said by being outsider u HV come s long way in know he say he came here by my self I do feel.that is in his anger I really feel. I don't see them getting together soon.

If BB gets them into one team in next task, I don't know how that will go. It will be odd for them to get together again. Specially not good for Asim.

Exactly that's better for Asim. Knowing Shukla's dominating nature, they will keep fighting if they are together, or Asim will have to accept a subdued role, which won't be good for him.

So yes, staying in different team is good for Asim. Just don't fight 24/7, occasional fights on genuine issues are good & welcome. That he has to control.😊
