Yes Anupre has two Prems the first one died of choloform overdose which Komolika and Subrato were behind.

The second Prem was born because Sneha (Anupre's daughter) had bone marrow cancer and needed a bone marrow which could only come from a sibling so to save her Anupre had the second Prem. At that time Prerna-Bajaj were in a live in relationship and Anurag-Aparna were married.

Nobody found out about Komolika and Subrato were behind killing Prem 1?

I actually liked Anurag-Aparna they looked good together their relationship has everything love, trust and understanding until Ekta decided to turn Aparna negative overnight to jusitfy Anupre. Prerna and Bajaj loved each other till the end but Anurag married 4 different women all of them except Prerna turned negative and he didn't get his kids love either. They should have kept Anurag-Aparna together and moved forward with Prerna-Bajaj to give Anurag his share of happiness rather then the constant flip flop in Anurag-Prerna-Bajaj triangle.

Everyone found out Komolika and Subrato were behind killing Prem 1.0.
