WtH, was she pregnant when she jumped off the clip after they lost ruhi? Thats the only possiblity but even then she wont be older than pihu, and Neeti looks around 14/15 years old atleast! Else i dnt know when did Ishita concieve and had a baby, she had a miscarriage we all r aware of unless then Dr. Manoj hid it and the baby was alive and delivered premature! But Ishita was hardly 4/5 months pregnant when she miscarried so its highly unlikely then as well!

Niti is more than 18 years .yaar..once Ajit had said that niti was 18... If everything was fine..we would have celebrated her birthday..that day.. something on that lines...
