What the 😆 Where's that GRAVITAS and intensity you need in a historical period drama...I was waiting for that one moment when it does not look fake and gimmicky. This looks like Ajay playing Ajay in a costume. Saif is Langda Tyagi from Omkara in a costume. 'Surgical strike that shook the Mughal Empire' 🤣 I MEAN COME ON! You know just what they are trying to do with this line LMFAO. This is just bad..If I didnt know better I would this is a parody. Noone is even trying anything. The action pieces look good but what a funny mess.

I loved the trailer.. Fake hain ki kya hain pata nehi.. felt its really entertaining.. A singham movie set in 16th century.. Definitely watching

Legend says that tanhaji had a giant lizard whom he used in battle. Hopefully, they have that in this movie since this looks vfx heavy/fantastical.

Ajay's company (Ny vfxwala) did the vfx for Bajirao Mastani. They are really good . They also did vfx for dangal, jagga jasoos, shivaay. Bahubali was by a Andhra based company called Makuta.

Now all the movies about Maratha warrior looks like Bajirao Mastani.Looks like Ajay was playing Bajirao n Saif Khilji.Anyways trailer is good but Ajay looks the weakest of all(never thought I would say this but he does)

These movies make realise how good Ranveer and Prabhas were in BM n Bahubali.Their aura in those movies was massive .

About the story, I am glad that there are movies being made on actual Indian heroes who fought valiantly for the country.

However...underwhelming. I enjoyed the background score the most.

I wish Ajay, Kajol and Saif had different accents, like the people in that era belonging to their characters' communities.

But this trailer and Panipat's shows that SLB will be the king of period films. He is a maverick and one-of-a-kind when it comes to research and filmmaking and it shows now.

BM and Padmaavat both looked and felt super authentic, esp Ranveer's accent in BM and the costume in both movies were spot on.
