I agree and hers has been the most disappointing chatacter for me personally. And after one of the SP post on Prerna I don't think there will ever be any growth in this character ever.

I had seen stronger and progressive characters way back in Doordarshan times.

Bold - Any given day. The women in DD serials were ambitious, clear about their aspirations in life, expressive and very much like everyday women. Ekta ruined Indian TV, but Prerna is really the worst characterisation by her own standards.

On topic - I wonder how anyone can be ok with decorating a room so that the love of their life can have sex. So tomorrow, in case Sona/ Komo gets pregnant will Prerna still be ok with it and hope that Anu regains memory and comes back to her ditching his wife and unborn child?

Have you ever heard or seen in a show the great love of a man life working as his and his family servant in their house? When you love someone the family and the man treats them equally and respectfully. What respect and equal treatment is prerna getting? As of now to the ML she is a childhood friend. But who is ok with their childhood friend doing that. Mohini and the basus know how much prerna means to ML and they know she is pregnant. Yet they put her to work instead of having a maid do it.

Prerna is in the house working as a servant and watching the ML and his wife. I have never seen a girl in a tv show written like this. Shameful.

I know there is no point in explaining this here but oh well...

Mohini asking Prerna to decorate the SR bed and Pre decorating it was pukeworthy but Prerna refused it at first stating she was not a decorator .It was only when Mohini blackmailed her using Anurag’s ML and health that she agreed to it. As per Moh, if Prerna refused to do it and created a scene , Anurag might get suspicious and try hard to recollect his past (which might in turn lead to him getting a stroke as per KZK's amazing doctors🤔 🤷‍♀️). Prerna being the naive, dumb girl she is, got played by Mohini.The reason is totally illogical but the underlying point is that if not for the fear of Anurag's condition worsening, she wouldn't have done it.

And No Anurag was not ok with it. When he saw her with the decoration stuff, he asked her why she was doing all the extra work even during pregnancy. He confronted Sonalika about it and told her specifically that Prerna was not their servant but his secretary. He also told Prerna that going forward she need not take orders from anyone in that house apart from him.
