I'd just like to clarify my stance on this entire matter cos I maybe coming across as someone who has believed on the news of Dearest Mohabbatein ending.

Well, in my opinion, they may give Mohabbatein a bit more time, if TRPs improve. As is, KP has been away since the past three months. That is a long time for loyalists to tolerate such an occurrence. Thus, reflecting in the ratings. Now, with Karan's return, things may improve.

I have complete realisation that My Mohabbatein is nothing like what it began as. Which is also a contributing factor in the dropping TRPs. However, maybe, the original lead's return may rejuvenate the audiences energy. For all we know, this maybe a gimmick on behalf of the makers to gain 'traction'.
