Kaka Babu and his bachi

I want to make a separate post on this scene today...it does deserve one!

We all were upset with the way moloy left Prerna alone on that night and was totally unaffected, unapologetic and ignorant towards her. We didn't like him being sweet with Sonalika.

But today I want to say, moloy too is a human who can make mistakes when he is charged up by emotions. Yes, he did a mistake that night by leaving prerna alone on the streets...but come on, we all know that was only to make way for komo scene. Anyways, he did what he did. Later, he behaved nicely with sonalika because apparently there's no reason to be rude with her. She is behaving sweetly with them, y would he be rude without any reason? He isn't mohini to do that. But yeah, he has never accepted her as his DIL or went out of the way to shower his love n care. He is just being cordial. He wasn't ready not to tell her the truth of Anupre relationship until mohini reasoned out with it. And today, he was guilty, very very guilty. He tried to call her, he should have gone to see her, he didn't...yes he did a mistake. But he's owning up his mistakes. If that night he didn't care about prerna for Anu, today he didn't care about Anu for pre. He didn't care Anu was standing there, he owned up his mistakes in front of him, Anupam had to stop him. Prerna is hurt by his behaviour, but she loves n respects him way too much to be rude to him just with this. She understands why he did what he did. She took her time to digest that and now she's ready to let that go. Pre for her own reasons doesn't want to let Anu drop her home, but did u see how spontaneously moloy said no, Anu is right? He doesn't want to repeat the same mistakes and each one of them in their own context wishes that whatever happened shouldn't have happened. I hope Molly comes around in every sense and he supports his kids the way he always used to.

On that note, I would like to see a real patch up scene between this father daughter duo when moloy learns about Sharma niwaas and Sharma's being homeless. I want to see him feeling extremely guilty that even if prerna disallowed him, why didn't he go for himself to check on her n the family of his best friend? I want a dialogue me Apne best friend ko kya muh dikhaunga! I want him to tell pre with full haq k maine galti ki toh tu mujhe samjha sakti thi na...tune kyu zidd thaan li...itne mushkil waqt mein bhi tujhe Apne Baba ki Yaad kyu nahi aayi. I want pre to tell him that it was his actions only that forced her not to come back to him. And then I want pre to melt and cry in his arms and tell him how much she missed her papa when her home burnt down to ashes, how her mother broke down, how she had no support of someone senior and how that helped his bachi prerna to grow up to be a big girl now. I want Kaka Babu to be proud of his daughter and to promise her to stand by her side always and never break that promise. Can they please show emotional confrontations for once where the characters actually speak? I mean it's not really difficult to write a few lines, even I can do that...I hope heavily paid professional writers can do that too😆

Would love to see a scene where moloy wants to apologise but prerna withdrawing herself from forgiving.

What moloy did was wrong and cant be justified

Atleast he could have asked anupam to leave her or arranged a car n driver.

I dont want sharmas to forgive that too

Nice post but I have lost hopes with the writers bcoz of the way they've dealt with his character in this track. But yes he has not been butchered to the point where he can't be redeemed. So just hoping we get a good apology and comforting scene between them ... We really deserve this as Moloy has been supportive for AnuPre and this sudden ignorance for Prerna when she needs her Kaka Babu doesn't go down well with the audience.

Hope we get that soon🙏🙏🙏

Yes I understand where he was coming from the day he asked prerna to leave. I'm even willing to overlook that prerna waked home that night because we all know why that scene was crafted that way. But I cannot forget moloy telling mohini the next day that "he slept peacefully after so long". Moloy should've gone to SN, because he owed an apology not only to prerna, but to his friend, who's no more. He should have gone and apologized to veena for abandoning their daughter in such a crucial juncture of her life. Just looking guilty is not enough. It's etter than nothing, but it's not enough. I hope, with the story moving towards prerna having more interactions with the Basus, we see a proper apology from moloy, and more importantly I hope moloy makes it very clear to that dim wit wife of his that not a single word against prerna will be tolerated!

Bold - Until this happens, i will not be able to enjoy any of Moloy's scenes. It is the carelessness he showed with his friend's family that hurt me more than anything else.😔

he is the one who given 15lakh for veena surgery

he is the frist to scold pre not coming to him in NV track & give PA job so that she gelp her faimly.

he is the who always wanted pre as dil & love dearly .

we all know that why he did that day .its hurts but it cant take aways moloy goodness towards sharmas. so yes if he appolise properly like today how much he guilty he will be redeem .

I understand that Moloy is human but I don't get why he didn't get Prerna dropped off that night. Why did he fold hands and look down as if he was doing something shameful instead of explaining to her? She looks up to him as a father which felt even more horrible considering the fact that his actions indirectly caused her dad to be killed.

I think some part of him blames Prerna of the pain Anurag went through and he might even want Anurag to really forget her. This might be an interesting conflict for the future but still doesn't justify not being concerned for a pregnant lady.

Moloy is doing even more wrong by being a bystander and allowing another woman to share a room with Anurag. Just imagine, when Anurag gets his memory back, what his reaction would be that his own father let another women sleep on the same bed as him despite knowing Prerna is whom he loves and is expecting his child.

If I was him, I'd be so disgusted and let down.

He's also allowing Mohini to throw Prerna's things/photos of her and Anurag out rather then keep them safe somewhere until Anurag regains his memories.

Moloy seriously needs to redeem himself.

I couldn't even enjoy Anurag and Moloy scene we got last week because of this.
