NB got to see HS grow up since his childhood so their “dil ka Rishta” is legit and she deserves him....while he didn’t get to see Mini grow up so “dil ka Rishta” fails 🤷♀️😂 and Mini didn’t deserve him....but Arya does 😂
The bias is mainly because Arya is HS's kid by blood and Mini is Ashok's . So, there is a difference in being Ashok's blood and HS's. Also, the show itself nowadays is trying to undo every 'dil ka rishta' and trying to prove that blood is thicker than water
Personally, I would like to believe that Mini will always be his first child, whatever the writers try to prove otherwise.
No matter what....beyond all blood ties, descriptions of thick friendship, hero worship, support system etc etc, to me these two will always be the greatest relationship in this story. Period.
HS ki biological daughter can be cute but mere dimaag mein original and pehli beti Mini hi rahegi....she didn’t need a biological connection to be like him or love him. So that is more special to me.

As for “beta”, I think he called her that when he was consoling her during the Lohri scene as well. Not sure, but I think I heard him say beta then.

I love this scene also for Mini being so overwhelmed and emotional seeing the love between HS and Babita....you can sense how full her heart is as she tries to bring them together upstairs but her voice keeps breaking while trying to talk to HS about where the burglar came from.

I loved that bit too ❤️....it’s a lovely emotional scene between all three. HS was so happy to be home....he came rushing back for Babita but the first name he called out was his Veer Balika:)
