A lovely episode today. Once again the friction between kaka kaku and Soham coming to the fore. And again AR quickly coming to the rescue and calming down that idiotic Soham by quickly arranging for a new shirt in place of the one spoilt by kaku's oil spill.

Some really touching dialogues by Kaka about the helplessness felt by dependent old people and even Aajoba feeling emotional about it.

Then again those "pakakalevercha prem" leg pulling by AR and embarrassing Asa so much.

Precap: Looks like now AR will handle Pradnya to make her beg kaka kaku to come back home.

I take offense of Aajoba saying 'Aai ne hech shikavla kaa.' Twice.

Soham is asavari's failed parenting product. I blame her completely for making Soham who he is today. Yes, aajoba was there, but i guess he was struggling hard to meet ends in his sons absence.

@Smriti - although I agree about Aajoba busy making ends meet, I don't agree that Asavari is solely responsible for Soham's attitude. Everybody in the household contribute to a child's upbringing in some way or the other. As a mother of 2 teenagers I think one parent is never responsible even if mother is a stay -at -home mother.

I understand that a mother alone is not always responsible, But here Asavari has always covered Soham's mistakes no matter what. We've been seeing this since the beginning of the serial. Even if aajoba would have wanted to straighten this boy, asavari's "jau dya ho" attitude has done more harm than anything else.

Yes, that 'jau dua ho' is what turned him into the spoiled brat that he is.

One thing I Just realised that, I loved sohams acting. Very realistic. And though he sounded rude, he had some valid points. (many of my friends may differ here, but since it's an open and friendly adda, I shared my honest opinions)

Aasavari can be held responsible for Soham's laziness but not for his arrogance. Aajoba is very straight forward and many a times harsh with his words but has courage to appreciate people for their good deeds. Though he never admits in front of Aasavari, he is aware of Asa's virtues. Even if he taunts Asa, it's can be understood cause it's the relation of Sasra & Sunn. But Soham's attitude towards Asa can't be justified. Inspite of knowing that Asa"s world revolves around him, Soham always insults her badly. I don't remember a single scene where he has spoken with her in a normal manner.
