Ooh angry Anurag was a surprise today and I loved that Prerna also teased him about losing his memory. Yes girl, roast him.

Sometimes I wonder, what if the writers chose to have Anurag forget all his memory of being a Basu and he came back as a gangster.

Now that would have been interesting.

Really? I never knew this. What's the name? I don't really keep up to date with what Parth does but good to know someone does. Thanks for doing my homework. 👍🏼I think he would nail it in a Gangster role plus the past of being Prerna's Anurag would add more spice to the story.

I can imagine the shock on Mohini's face after seeing her son again but as a gangster who snatches the gold off her neck and refuses to call her Ma. 😆

Here's a little story I wrote of a missed opportunity in Kasautii 2.

Sharma Niwaas.

What was it about the place that attracted him so much? In his dreams, he had seen himself dance with a girl in the rain, vivid flashes of a yellow taxi and a kiss that almost happened. But the girl's face was always blurred. Whenever he passed the place with his bike, he noticed a family of four or five, a mother, two women, one married and two guys. They were supposed to be like another middle class family often seen around the streets of Kolkatta.

Anurag takes off his helmet and gets off the bike. It didn't matter it had started to rain. He stops short of the gates and looks up. A couple of weeks ago, he woke up in a hospital with no memory of who he was. Just a name was given to him by some woman caked in makeup and a knack for clinginess. The guys who saved him never let her take the credit for his life. If that woman- Sonolika had been the one to dance with him, then why didn't he ask her about it?

Could a guy like him who had been trained to use a gun ever do something soft like dance with a girl?

He couldn't even stand Sonalika and had made it clear they were not having a physical relationship until he was sure of his past. Until he found those memories of his love again.

His boys told him he had killed before but Anurag had never fired a bullet at anyone since he woke up. A life he had forgotten but was now learning it with ease, beat up useless men, take the money, point guns, set things on fire and break down doors. His eyes look at the balcony. A woman appears with an umbrella. He notices her bulging stomach first.

She was new.

Anurag's eyes find her face. Barely no makeup and large brown eyes that peered into his soul. She had a bindi on her forehead too. But it's her eyes that speak to him.

In the falling rain, he hears his name.
