Mahesh orders a random dude to pretend to have an accident in front of the directors car, he successfully does so. They all get into a tiff and Mahesh takes the opportunity to throw away video equipment. (uff kitna nuksan)
Rohit and family are dancing, Raima tries to dance with Rohit, he subtly avoids her, she looks pissed in bg. Veena asks Naren to place something on his head, calls Rohit aside. Veena asks Naren to advice Rohit on how to be the perfect husband, so understanding and utterly loyal. She praises Naren. Rohit says tauntingly Papa se marriage advice? Why not. Naren says most important thing in a marriage is understanding and some other general gyaan. Veena looks at him like Jaya Bacchan looks at SRK in k3g. Naren also says to forget old stuff and move on. Places the thing on his head and gives him blessings (I think it is called kalgi, I am not sure and I dont want to rewind🙈)
Mahesh comes to Sonakshi's house, guard says Sona had called him for something urgent. (i did not watch last two episodes, wtf is he doing there? Where is the guard that was made to strip to chaddi banyan by Mahesh? Also, why is Rohit's side in purple and orange? Yeh kaisa combo? Anyways, back to the update)
Sona asks if he had spotted anyone from her production downstairs after he was done with staring at her with the creepy song again. He denies, she calls Netra who picks up, says DoP is at police station, Sona says how can this happen, she suggests a studio close to her home, that it will take 30 minutes for baraat to reach, the other rituals, so they have one hour. Make all arrangements in that studio and she will come and shoot for closeups, Netra protests at first but then agrees. Mahesh smirks, cue creepy song. Sona asks him not to disclose anything, ask Shankar to be ready.
Cut to baraat naching
Suman comes in and nazar utarofies sona, frets over her. Puts a kala tika. Says the baarat is here, sona says so fast? Suman says its on time, dont be nervous. Don't get out of the room, I have to welcome them, dont watch the baraat secretly, it is bad omen to see husband before pheras. Leaves. Sona gets a call from Netra who says arrangement has been done, you have to get out for one hour, are you sure you can do this? Sona says yes, says how to tell mom? Because I do have to tell her.
Baraat still naching.
Cue awkward Raima shots, Rohti finally asks everyone to stop. Ajeth says tired already? We have the full night. Rohit says Sona is waiting for me, everyone teases him. Aakash says dont let suman get your nose,Rohit says why will she do that? Apparently agar saas naak pakdegi then you will have to be a slave to yojr wife your entire life🙄🙄 Rohit says he is okay with it, aakash says he is useless, they will have to protect his naak lol.
Suman scolds Sona for even thinking of going to shoot, takes her phone away and asks her not to step out. Mahesh with his usual Parvati meri hai with creepy song.
Baraat is finally at doorstep, suman does the welcoming aarti and aakash keeps protecting Rohit's nose, that bit was so funny. Finally when she invites Rohit in, he says you are forgetting something, the nose thing. Suman says oh so you were protecting his nose till now? Everyone comments on how much of an idiot Rohit is, Rohit says there is this ritual and YK just told me about it, it means Sona will dominate rest of our relationship and I have no problem with it lol. Suman kheechofies his nose. Welcomes everyone in. Pari keeps glancing at Rohan and Tanya.
Suman gives shagun ka stuff I guess, DS asks Veena to give the necklace to sona, veena gives the task to Raima. Siyappa aunty lurking in background like Starbucks cup in a GoT episode. Raita gives Sona necklace, cut to her wearing it, Raima says she looks pretty, notices she looks worried, asks her what's wrong.
Precap: Sona in normal clothes getting in Mahesh's car, Raima in Sona's room in bridal attire with Starbuckscup. Rohit knocks on door, both panic.
