I think the habit of having any electronic beside you should be avoided....watching something at night will tempt us to binge watch to know what happens next...like yesterday I was watching the tale of nokdu...I had to watch the next epi to know what happened and it was midnight when it ended...also the bright light that is emitted will affect your hormone melatonin...this hormone makes you sleepy as per your body clock, but light will dissipate this hormone so eventually you will have hard time falling sleep....knowing this I still do it...I think i'm going to hide my ipad by 10 pm...my problem is the weekend....I go back to sleeping late so it carries to the weekdays.

They say reading a book (hard copy) also helps to sleep....a good chamomile tea also helps apparently...but listening to music may be tricky as normally it's on phone and you may start doing other things.

The other day I was listening to radio and they interviewed a very old lady...she is beyond 100...I forgot her age...she was asked what's her secret for being healthy and happy even at this age...among the factors she stated...one of them was specific time for sleeping and it should be followed like your life depends on it....another one is don't get married😆

Many are like this.. fond of Biryani.. my friends and family ppl too.. But yeno theriyala, I'm NOT fond of it 😎

I'm fond of Noodles ❤️as such..

in any form .. Maggi / Knorr soupy noodles, Burmese foods : Atho, Moyingaan, proper Veg.Noodles, Schezwan , Hakka Noodles, Spaghetti etc etc.. 😋

Music helps ....I use to listen songs in hostel using radio ...d problem is I dont turn it off n fall asleep ...and it plays till morning ....Indha madhiri mobile vachu keta kadhu brain Ella poirum 😆
