Deepika looked so beautiful in initial episodes ..I am watching initial episodes again .she looked so attractive than Karan .

We all know she has a very beautiful face ..and at that time she was thin ..so she could wear any costume

Bcos of weight gain ..some how that charm decreased ..and k. Top if that b is of her weight gain and bad costume designer the costumes r not looking good ..

I know losing weight during shooting is very hard ..

Don't know how she gained weight all of a sudden in 3 months ..

I think she gained some weight because of her illness and maybe couldn't go back to dieting and excercising immediately because of weakness or something. Now we all know it's much easier to gain weight than it did to lose. Maybe she is working on weight loss and it is just taking time. I quite liked her in the 26 september dinner episode as well. She looked thin in that. It was only after she came back from her break that I felt she has gained so much.

I agree the costume designer is doing a pathetic job. They are giving her a lot of layers which is just making her look bulkier. But I think she was looking beautiful in today's episode in the blue skirt and blouse. Prettier than she has looked in any wedding function. Infact I didn't like her wedding dress either. I think the one she and Rohit wore for the promo/photoshoot was so much better than this orange thing.

I think weight has nothing to do with beauty and vice versa.

But costumes, lighting and makeup can alter the perception of beauty. Plus camera angles.

Every woman is beautiful, it's how she's presented. The thing is I don't appreciate that other actresses in the same show are given better clothes than the main lead, who is ironically playing a telly actress.

Weight changes beauty in front of camera .camera is never forgiving regarding weight

Many costumes which look stunning when u f thin look bad when u gain weight .that's a fact ..no denial here .

Lighting make up ..camera angles just accentuate what's there ..in case of weight gain nothing will help ..

That's the reason even in Hollywood u have agreements with producers regarding weight gain.

When a director producing a show has certain image of their character regarding costumes ..how she looks etc

If u gain weight all that alters

Weight is as important as acting in show business

And reg every women is beautiful .nuzt presentation is imp .I don't agree ...only few who are very attractive can get in to show business ..not all can get in to show business just with make up and camera angles and costumes

All those are just icing on the cake ..not the cake itself

Well, it's your opinion. And I am entitled to mine. Entertainment business has changed a lot in recent years. Actors are no longer show pieces, else non conventional looks of actors like vidya balan and sonakshi sinha wouldn't be accepted and appreciated. They are not size 0, but are excellent actresses whose work speaks for itself.

Vidya balan can producers book her to potray all kind of roles like Deepika padukune or kangana or Priyanka ..her choices limited drastically ..u agree or not bcos of her weight

Opinion does not matter ..facts matter ..no matter what showbiz has beauty and weight aspect in it ..

Might be Vidya balan can get some unconventional roles .but she is not a contender for all roles like kangana ..Priyanka or Deepika ..and show biz 90 percent of roles are not unconventional

And in tv field ..u gain weight ..they will side line u to character roles .both male and female .that's a fact ..u agree or not

No one is talking about size zero .why u mentioning it ..being slim is not being size zero ..there is size ,6 also..u should not be size 10 to be a contender for majority of roles

There is no denying Dipika gained weight and not in 3 months. The weight gain was sudden and like one of the members just mentioned it was coz of her illness. Yes if you loose weight u tend to look younger. But beauty is not all about looking younger, fatter or thinner. You can look beautiful even if ur not thin and actresses like Vidya Balan are proof of that. She looks pretty in an unconventional manner. So beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. For me Dipika still looks pretty but yes she does look a little older now. She herself said in her interview that her husband badgered her to loose weight for this show to look young and fresh.

Ram Kapoor still plays lead roles at his highest weight. Beauty is not measured in kilos.

Watch bhumi in dum lagake, lead role, required her to be overweight. Big successful movie.

Period.

And that's a fact as well.

Conventional definition of beauty are created by mainly misogynistic people and perpetuated by some other silly people.

Actresses in south India are mostly " not beautiful" as per your standards. But they are very very beautiful. Hence it's a matter of expanded vision and wider perspectives.

Hollywood and its contracts don't rule the world. People need to wake up and know what's healthy, what's BMI and what's beauty. And not conform to narrow minded prejudices.

Well said!!! 😃😃

Khubsurati sirat ki hoti hai naki body ki..

As for actors even they have the right to eat whatever they like... Unka bhi toh man karta hoga humari tarah chatpata aur tasty khaane ka.. They get to eat all this once a month... Can u believe it.. And upar se some ppl chose to comment on that.. Like srsly.. It's inhuman and rahi baat dipika ki we all know she suffered a lot health wise and she needs to take care of her health now.. Health is above all.. I think we all should be a little considerate.. We in the sense as audience.. We are just onlookers.. We don't know their journey or their fitness routine.. Piche sofe pe baithke aise comments karna bahot aasan hai... Tmr if someone asks us to follow their fitness routine.. I m pretty sure none of us will be able to follow it for even a week..

Rahi baat costumes and all ki.. I can't really tell coz I don't know much about fashion and all..
