Prerna' Office Track- Breath of Fresh Air [DT Note Pg: 1]

Finally we have ANOTHER Office Track for Prerna which is breath of fresh air in the serial for:

1. Standalone- Prerna entered 2 times into office; one as Kaka babu PA and then as Partnership with Vikrant but it did not continue..This time she ENTERS into role without encumbrance of any of it not even Anurag although she may work for Anurag.

2. Pregnancy- This is my biggest point of defence here..I have seen 2 real life examples.

A. One my own School Teacher of Maths who came to 12th School till Board exam one month before her pregnancy.

B. One of office colleague who came as late as 15 days before pregnancy to office and went for then Maternity leave..which means her 26 weeks leave as per recently passed Act starts from then.

From then on these 2 women have been my inspiration how to carry work, home responsibility and even their families during those expecting times.

Not to mention women labor who did till probably until one day before..It is as much of mental strength as much as of physical strength..It is all hogwash when there are real life examples doing it.

3. Job Vacancy- It is not logical when there is no jobs for freshers in country it may not be easy for expecting mother to get a job..Infact even i had to defend there are also real life scenarios where women are kept for work to underpay compared to men (hosary, construction labor) and also during pregnancy so that they can laid off easily under that context because they shall not return back..But it is so stupid to expect ITV world to follow all such logics of Job offer, this is the closest we can come to getting a job.

We should be happy the character trait missing for long is being brought back so much so it looks like complete new serial sometimes.

It does not matter that it may also be track for AnuPre in office and rekindling the memories but nothing can take away the beauty of a women working for herself and her family in our country forever stuck in patriarchal mindset..We can only hope CV do a good justice to it.

This office track surely comes as a breath of fresh air which we all have waited since long. A strong FL was missed and thankfully the writers have decided to seriously think about Prerna's character now. She will be making a place for herself and again as I believe no woman needs anyone's support it's only your self determination that makes you independent.

This track will be inspiration to preggy womans who will depend on her maternal home for help and being burden on them.

Prerna took up job to support her family & more than that she wanna be happy.

A change in itv world and that too kzk.

A journey of 2 have started baby and his mother.

She is trying to be independent on her own at this moment.

Kudos to interviewer who offered her job & he choose as her secretary so that preggy lady will have less burden.

Prerna an inspiration Noooooo already we have so many real womans who work in pregnancy ..

May be ekta kapoor introduced this track seeing her woman employees in her balaji office.

@I agree, all i am saying till then people vehemently complained that why FL was not strong and now that there are strands of same, people want to throw the baby out of bath water under flimsy logic even by real life scenario like which job, which vacancy, how come job in pregnancy etc.

There are 100 of things NOT logical in ITV world but when some things are moving closer like working women people tend to forgot even the real life logics is what i wanted to remind them from the post.

@Bold 1 and 2: Look Pari, all i wanted to say that real life women who are doing it out there and Prerna is no different. For sure the real life examples in mine case are an inspiration for me.

I know we do not watch TRP/ ITV serials for all logics but because it made us logic blind does not means that when they show something logical we tend to even debate that..My post is only reminder that appreciate it when shown like this pregnant women working, laugh it off at other tracks when they are back to their gimmicks.

This is topic categorically takes dig and counters the opposing views and opinions expressed in the forum . Based on the episodes or tracks , ALL members have been ranting on her character , however topics should NOT be aimed at or made, based on those comments or opinions shared thereby and must be confined to the show and characters alone .

You're right Soumya .... everyone knows that ITV is far from logic especially KZK so why even look for it. But still I'm happy that we are getting to see a FL who wants to stay happy for herself and her family. She working for her own independence is a positive step in this direction 👍🏼
