Asim’s point was that if they stole a box and then Shukla went on revenge mode, the task will be radd. Shukla wasn’t even prepared to listen to this point of view, just kept saying, they wouldn’t steal, if they did I’d grab all theirs. Well that is exactly what Asim was tryna day - that’s the scenario Asim wanted to avoid.

But it’s Asim who is saying sorry and the saand doesn’t give a hint of an apology. Not only that but it’s Asim who goes to manao or samjhao him and at the point where he’s saying you’re not just a friend but a brother, the loser gets up saying he will fly solo.

That kind of dismissiveness is classic behaviour of those people who never want to admit wrongs in themselves or take responsibility and make an effort to apologise or correct their wrongs. A relationship with someone like that is not a strong, equal one.

I honestly don’t see how Shukla is any manner of “friend” let alone a good one - it’s very easy to stand up for and support friends when things are hunky dory and going your way - iss mein teer kya maara? But the minute there is any sort of friction - any disruption in the status quo set by Shukla - he’s ready to ditch said friend - didn’t take him a second to say “let’s fly solo”. That is the utter definition of “my way or the highway” - and that might be many things - but it’s not friendship - not at all.

Asim’s better off without this POS - but then, I don’t see that happening - he’d rather take Shukla’s shit than put his foot down it seems.
