It won't... I do not think alif can ever get ratings as high as that of MPTH...

It's because of storyline.... I've seen a lot of people watching alif who are not getting the story... Many are finding it boring....

MPTH has a simple story, and our audience loves these stories!

I was really excited for Alif but I didn't like the show. The novel was nice but the execution of the show is not working for me.

New promo is out ...

geo ko laga tha k Alif ko jayada TRP Milegi but aisa hua nahi. humayun k show se uske apne show ko low TRP mil rahi hai lol

but Alif bahot accha show hai... story abhi slow hai but sure next week se speed pakdegi.

i never watched any humayun dramas before. I dont know y but humayun k kisi bhi show ko dekhe bina mene apne mind me ye soch liya tha k he is not a good person or an actor.. May be usko lekar jo jokes bante the mostly awards functions me isliye..

I always thought wo ek flirty insaan hai lol.. but I m wrong and credits goes to imraan ashraf.. he said in his IV k humayun ne usko chance diya and all.. and than ye show ka promo aaya and don't know Y first promo se I m attached with this show.. upar se OST kamaal ka tha.

and now humayun ka work dekh kar I must say he is best.. and on and off screen he is very good. no attitude no OTT talks... simple genuine per so.

I'd highly recommend Humayun's Dillagi!! It's a classic
