Yes they do..clocks sab reset karne parte hai...sirf mobile shows the correct time ...the day the change happens pata hi nahi chalta achanak 2am se 3 am jump ho jati hai time (for australia that is)

US gains an hour around November (fall season starts) and loses an hour around March, April (Spring season starts).
