In fact at my home also, we are on "Tu" basis, no aap n all for dads n uncles also...so I m like that always...respect should be in Ur heart, not in the way u address people wali mentality😂🤷

Yeah and in the west everyone are on first name basis and nobody treats this as a mark of disrespect. Infact even I found it odd when I first started working but now am ok.

These character traits have mellowed down a bit but that was a relevation

Happens. But coming from a small town to Mumbai itself helped me see my real self😆 Even today people are like she looks so sweet, sincere, shaant si ladki n all...and the same people after a few days will say dekhke lagta nahi hai aisi oversmart hogi yeh😂 so yeah, when u step out in this world, u have to face things and deal with them for urself and that's when u grow. But a city like Mumbai taught me a lot more than that and has made me way stronger and tougher. As much as u find helpful people here, full of humanity, u'll also see that nobody is bothered about you unless u really need them. U have to fight for urself, right from getting into the trains to creating Ur impact at workplace to everything...and the life is so fast that nobody's gonna wait for u. So that really made me a stronger and independent person. I so love this city for its strong vibe!!❤️ But I m more happy that I had my family with me in this journey, so I could adapt to new things n learn better.

I suppose yes .. I have always been a small town girl.. things are different in small towns

People seem helpful but are mean on inside .. people talk behind your back but it's a good place to grow up too

I was in girls college ...the things I learned there

I wouldn't be half the person I am if it wasn't for the friends I made there ...

True...I have spent half my life in small town n half in Mumbai...so I m well aware of both the scenarios and I have special place for both of them since I have learnt different things from them. So I feel I have turned out to be a good blend of things...strong headed but grounded, simple living as well as fancy being, socialite as well as family person, clubbing as well as house parties, traditional as well as modern, opinionated yet polite...so now I m like leave me at any place and I can adapt to it and it's people. Mumbai k lifestyle mein shayad mere parr nikal aate wo college age mein...but thankfully I had my family with me, to keep me grounded...hence I m more balanced now.
