Netflix original movies are almost always bad. They make like 1 good film out of 100. The minute you hear it's going to be a Netflix original movie, you should expect it to be trash.

You do have a point. Apart from the movies they buy or finance to get Oscar/awards clout most of their original movies are run of the mill rom-coms, teen movies.. I have seen credible journos Netflix's comparing Roma, The Irishman, Marriage Story with Drive but people forget Netflix financed or bought the former movies just for the Oscar push only.
