Yeah they haven’t gotten married yet. But I am sure Karan is the end game for Ruhi. They do seem like they truly love each other. Even Sudha has become positive.

YHC is supposed to be a spin off to YHM. So it mostly wont be on characters so close to the parent show like little Adi and Pihu. BTW, little Adi, like seriously?! Now they don’t even make a mention of him on the show.

They didn’t show the doctor.

When Ishita is confronting Natasha, Sudha ji receives some message and she signals towards “Raman” who also checks his phone. “Raman” then signals Ishita who then checks her phone and then she tells that the doctor has come back and is ready to testify.

In between the spinoff news n actors which was released was fake. So as now that news was fake. Spread to grab attention.

But one more thing, do you think Aditi has calibre to lead, you must be joking .....as in yhm pihu is said be look like of Ruhi...
