After watching today's episode, does anyone else think that this job search track will be a long term one? I feel like Malhar will help her find a job using his connections. Someone was saying on IG maybe Malhar will be jealous of her new boss if in her potential new job. I wouldn't mind seeing passionate and possessive Malhar.

Di I found it other way round. They can't go for full time job track because kalma staying away ka main reason is padayi vo issue sort nahi honga .
Second thing today in sbs reem said that let us if kallu will get a job , kab kaha kaise possible he and wether the job will be safe or not. I think aapka pehla prediction sahi horahi he that kuch safety issue hoga. Even today malhar was again stressing on padayi. I think this issue will help him to convince her saying that she should not be satisfied with a short term job just to prove a point she should study first and then reach greater heights.
Because di kallu is intelligent and capable that we all know but her education qualification is plus two and as she said she has no experience.no offence Most of the fraud agencies and people target such people who is desperate for job but lacks qualification. So I feel that she will get some fraudulent offer like that and it likely that she land up in some trouble and i even doubt that fight sequence has something to do with it. Like even today it seems now all her aim is a job jab malhar me padayi bola tabhi vo bhadak gayi this na. So I feel this will give malhar a chance to make her realize how important is education now than a job and he will assure her to take care of deshmukh until she becames independent.he will make her realize tahy kalyani Rane should aim for better heights and not confine herself and be contented with a small time job just for the sake of baapji
About jealousy I feel malhar has already realized his feelings and now kallu has to realize it fully. A male boss and jealousy can only lead to a confession but still kallu realization proper nahi aaya he it will be adhura again. A jealousy track for kallu would have been meaningful but after ketki I don't want another disaster . better make them realize normally confess and then koi jealousy thing ayue tho better. Like when she really have a career after padayi someone like a colleague can do like he may feel she got married at young age and she is not so happy like things s

Oh I didn't catch the SBS! I think this week will be very KalMa centric then! Cause obviously Malhar will go an rescue her. I think it might have something to do with those gundas from the BTS.

Agreed. I was just wondering how this will all play out. Cause they kept talking about it again and again. And there are only a few ways this entire thing can play out. I also have a feeling that this job search track will lead them to finding another clue.

The only thing that upsets me is that, toooo many tracks are merging into this one single track. And audience ka jo link hai suspense ke saath, tut raha hai kyu the evidence/investigation is broken into so many fragments. Probably one of reason why everything is so irritating now.
I feel that Kalyani's education and career should have been kept for another time. Because it plays a very important role in KalMa's relationship.

The education/career track will be on-going. Every time Kalyani vears off, Malhar will always be there to bring her back to her education.
If I were to guess why THR is showing this now, I think it's to relay a social message. At least that's what they were aiming at. Cause they know the SBS is regressive, so they also want to show something progressive. A husband who supports his wife's education and her family. And telling his wife not to bend over backwards trying to support your in-laws.
I also think the CVS are trying to show a parallel here. In the past, it was always Malhar that doubted Kalyani, now its Kalyani that doesn't trust Malhar. I don't even know if trust is the right word. Because when it comes down to it, both of them do actually trust each other. They just get into these weird fights because of Malhar's anger and Kalyani's stubbornness.
