Where else will Prerna go? Bajaj is out of the picture for now and Basu's kicked her out she is a alone pregnant woman with no job, career or financial support. It may be annoying to listen to Suman's taunts but right now she has to think practically considering her unborn child.

She can be an iron woman like Naira who worked right till the last month of her pregnancy but I don't think that would be a smart idea risking the unborn child.
