Kartik used to write Business Management on the board while lecturing Naira’s class in Bombay. So I am assuming MBA or BBA. After starting the dance academy, she wanted to study business to help her manage the business side of Akshara Dance Academy.
I thought she dropped out and never completed the course since she went back to the Singhania home.

She started her course in Bombay.. and continued in Udaipur, then divorce, remarriage, and baby shower. That gives her enough time to finish MBA.. The exam during pregnancy seemed to be an important one, because she hid that from KDadi and went to write it on the day of her baby shower. It better be the final one... but it was left open ended.
