I don't see any provocation nor any reason for Shehnaz to cry. It's as if she heard her name and came to cry to gain sympathy. Paras must have given her the same crying idea as he gave to Rashmi.

Lets see what actually happens in the episode.

Shehnaz is not that innocent and she literally has the crocodile tears in the house right now. What she did yesterday has no excuse, she put her chest onto him.. not only it looked vulgar but also Dey looked unhappy with that action.

Dey should complain against her.

This isn't provoking. This is giving advice . She asked him to stand up for himself and then only they will support him. What's wrong in that? Jab tak aap khud k liye awaaz nahi uthaate tab tak koi kuch nahi kar sakta. A sensible advice by Rashmi. 👏

Also I do not understand what's there to cry .Rashmi ne v Dey ko toh yahi kaha sabke samne uske sath huye physical assault k khilaf awaaz uthane.

Meko na meko na ehsaas hogaya ki is baar me buri fasi hu islye thora aur ro leti hu.. Lagta h kal wala zyada kaam nahi kia.
