I think this was the only way CV's could change Anurag's character. The possibilities are

1) complete memory loss. He will live with komo and eventually marry her. Will return after leap

2) partial memory loss where he remembers everything before he met prerna. He returns home with komo. She will be praised by mohini for saving his life and eventually get them married. Prerna who!!!

3) Head injury changes anurag's personality completely as he is no longer lovey dovey to anyone, will Probably let komo brain wash him and marry her eventually

This is ekta's show nothing is impossible; do not underestimate the power of cv's.

Yes.....Chaaru.........I got you. But......at the point...we want to enjoy the story. If they bring more negativity in the show just after Mr Bajaj phase.......as viewers ...we do not have enough time to recover our mind and accept more negativity again and again. It will lose the interest on the KZK.
