Seeing mohini walk out, he understands what is wrong with her. Yet, he first tries to be as normal as he can, telling her his wish to get prerna to be the daughter in law of Basu family. He tells her what fears Rajesh had about this relationship, in a way, similar to mohini's, that they both don't belong to similar categories, they are opposites...though the opposite categories mohini considers are hugely different and hence make her fears distasteful. Then he hints at his own thoughts giving their own example that opposites attract to make mohini understand that though Anupre are not similar, they'll be good together because they love eachother. But when mohini still doesn't seem to understand, he makes her see the truth that if she wants Anu to give up on prerna, he will give up on her as well. This was needed to be told by someone to mohini since day 1 that her Anu now is a grown up man and has his own wishes and should have a right to decide for himself, if his mother keeps forcing her wishes on him, she'll only cause to get distanced from him . She needed to face this truth someday. And moloy very simply shows her this fact that the only choice she has is to either accept her son's choice or lose her dearest son! I love how moloy has accepted pre whole heartedly and is standing by her side like a rock, doesn't matter even if it takes to go against his dear wife's wishes... because one, he treats her like his own daughter and two, he understands that his son loves her madly, and before anything else, that's what matters...that they both wish to be together. He doesn't want to hurt his wife, but for that, he can't even do injustice to his son. Moloy is determined and has promised to himself that yeh Shaadi toh hoke rahegi!! But when Durga maa failed, can I keep hopes from Baba? I believe, the way no one can challenge a mother's love and her strength, no one can challenge a dad's love and protectiveness! I hope they don't fail us, the Anupre shippers, this time around. Please get these kids together, Baba, their happiness is precious

I am sure mohini is not an easy nut to crack, she will cause issues in future and play her cards from behind, hope this smart moloy understands her those moves too and gives her the lectures as and when and the way required.

Let’s not overlook Komo is back in town, having swam back from the depths of the ocean and escaped from attempted shark food. Ronit always shows up like he crawled out from under a rock just in time to create trouble without knowing the facts.

It will be fun to see Komo get played by AnuPre together like her honeymoon, that was hilarious.😆that police officer put Komo in her place.

Moloy always made sense let’s hope he’s not trashed by writers too. They made it. Look like Baj and he had deep dark secrets but that went out like air from a deflated balloon.

I agree with you that Moloy always has been like this... ever loving towards his family yet authoritative when it comes to Sharmas. I still remember the first episodes when the pandal caught fire and Mohini was spitting her venom against Rajesh Sharma that time. The way he silenced Mohini was 😆

Till now he has been the pillar of strength for his children. I'm waiting for him to be the same in future as well.

Regarding montage... don't think that would happen for obvious reasons but I'm hoping him to support Prerna against Mohini in future too.
