Anurag basu definitely has more weightage than manik. Here he got to play varied emotions. To b frank I stopped watching after 100+ episodes. It was so monotonous. Here he played good boy to angry boy to crazy boy. Till now not tired of seeing him.

I disagree slightly. Manik and Anurag are like north pole and south pole. Can never be compared. But, i won't say that manik's character din't had variations or freshness. Even manik went through his own journey, where his personality changed from bad to good. I won't go deep into this discussion as it's not allowed here but both the characters have their own charm and if i love Anurag 100%, i love manik 99%.
