Yeah I had made a post abt this some time back. They are so caught up with showing the tough life of a TV star that they are paying no attention at all to how much tougher a surgeon's life is, that too a cardiac surgeon. They stand for hours on their feet during surgeries. Then they have OP consultations and rounds to do for their inpatients. Here he is forever hanging around Sonakshi's sets. I live in Mumbai and it is really laughable the way they all go so easily from malabar hill/ south bombay to goregaon!! That is a 2 hour journey one way minimum! And in yesterday's episode, while Rohit is at the sets, Raima gets a call at Sippy mansion and the next minute she is at the sets too with Sumit!! Are these people flying around Mumbai?😆 So much for 'realism'

Ok ..they can't show travelling on roads in tv show ..but they r showing surgeon life as an easy life ...come on who can attend his own engagement after 6 hour surgery done by standing on feet almost all the time ..
