Are Salman and Aamir being insecure?

After the failure of Tubelight, which was Salman's first failure since 7 years, he started doing back to back sequels TZH, Race 3 and now Dabangg 3 and Radhe(which I don't know if it is a sequel of Wanted or not but is being promoted as one).

One the other hand Aamir after the failure of TOH, which was his first failure in mainstream cinema after Mangal Pandey, which was released way back in 2005, is doing two back to back remakes of Forrest Gump and Vikram Vedha. This was a Salman thing to do which is done by perfectionist of Bollywood.

Despite being the top 2 Superstars in Bollywood, both are acting very insecure and don't want to take even a little bit of risk.

Isn't Aamir doing Mogul which is the biopic of Gulshan Kumar next? Which one is Vikram Vedha?
