It's just Arnav's narration in 1st 15 episodes of Rewind which consisted only of Arshi scenes and how he felt during the times they hated each other. Since people would ask where is Khushi so Arnav was shown opening the things Khushi sent for his personal use from UK where she is busy with her shop.

That's all the update on their lives.

Yes, its on Hotstar. But HS is not accessible outside India

Disclaimer. Weird effects and music are added in some scenes so watch only first 15 episodes which has Arnav's narration. Rest of it go for the original classy pleasing to eyes and ears.
