i would like to share my feel about this director mysskin ..i have a weird feeling as i watch his movies.. may be i would rate him as a director who gives us a altogether a different cinema experience from the contemporary styles..But as i watch his movies..they all project grey shades of lead characters as well as life as such..

starting from his chithirampesudhadi, anjadhe, onaayum aatukuttihalum..they all could be put under rare genre cinemas..but the lead artists wont be confident, dont deliver their ideas with clarity...always cameras focusing their legs.

mysskin himself always hiding his eyes...i feel like his heroes have serious issues facing society as such...is there anyone with the same feel????

(My husband likes him a lot..i just nag him to change the channel if he gets hooked into one.).

Mysskin movies mostly is shoot in night or with a darker shade...Most director/writers work depend on movies that influenced them or the books they read,mysskin's influence is mostly from books.

Though I said I liked some of his movies (the ones I've watched actually), I'm not fond of his movie making .. more violence will be there.. recent ah thupparivaalan paarthen on TV.. my mom just hates his movies as such, thittitte irundhaanga.. naan chummaa timepass ku paarkka aarambichittene nu paarthu mudichen..

* Just checked his filmography.. I think I've watched only 3 of his movies - Yudhdham Sei, Oanaayum Aattukuttiyum, Thupparivaalan..

Again I'm not fan of Selvaragavan movies neither.. also don't like recent Surya's films.. Sai Pallavi yum pidikkaadhu 😛... just timepass kaaga paarkkalaamaa nu ketten..
