Another regressive abortion scenario :/

Get ready for another regressive abortion scenario...Kartik forged Naira's signon abortion paper without her knowledge based on 50% risk of complications...there were 50% chances of survival and good health of both mother and baby...he didn't think twice to prioritize Naira over baby...if Naira wanted to abort the child based on any reason like she couldn't provide better life to the child, or child may develop any terminal illness because of hardships she had to face while struggling to earn...if doctor told her about any risk...if she herself didn't want the child...I find it personal choice...as she couldn't provide anything to the child...I can fathom any reason except her trying to abort child based on rotten concept that child's paternity will be questioned...I'm 100% sure regressive writers will highlight this as reason that she took that decision...If she had to abort the child as she couldn't face questions on his paternity by society...why she ran away at first place?...could have stayed with her family...and to avoid being questioned regarding child's paternity...might have aborted the child...though abortion is personal choice...but according to my perspective consent of both partners is needed unless it is to save someone's life or if a partner is not accepting the child and mother has no other option to provide better living for the child...if I was against Kartik forging her sign on abortion paper...I'm also against her aborting the child without even letting him know that they are pregnant only to avoid being questioned regarding child's paternity...if he even once questioned child's paternity...than her doing whatever she did could somewhere be justified...but they can't make Kartik wrong to show Naira right...they can't come up with progressive reasons...the accusation deserve repentance but what Naira did also deserve repentance...otherwise her character will be killed for viewers...it will be lost...If Vedika the supporting character that also a cameo can panic and keep rebuking herself on merely "thinking" about not saving Naira's life...why can't Naira repent based on what she did till now?...specifically for separating father and son...I want her character to disappear for a while letting Kairav stay with Kartik...as its difficult to see the character being reduced to the most dislikable numb minded person...the most regressive one...even more regressive than KD...the character for whom I started watching the show...Tina of Rishikesh Ashram...is now disliked even more than Vedika...

I am not sure if this is 100% accurate but I read on twitter that the doctors told her to abort during the last stage of labour bc it was getting difficult for the baby to survive. Her labour lasted for 17 hours!

Tbh I find it really sadistic of the cvs to introduce this abortion scenario out of nowhere. I know it’s a show but that doesn’t mean that everything about it has to be negative. After facing fertility issues, losing one baby, the other baby was also on the verge of dying as well? What is it with Kaira and their pregnancies?

Also, I find it really hard to believe that Kartik and the Goenkas would even entertain the thought that Naira wanted to abort the baby without a valid reason. She was ready to risk her life during the first pregnancy, so why on earth would she want to abort her second baby? Idc about the family but I really hope Kartik doesn’t say anything negative to Naira about it. I know he’s gonna dream about accusing Naira, but hoping against all odds that it’s all in his head and unlike the Mk track, he doesn’t accuse Naira of considering abortion without a valid reason.

The entire premise of this track is so stupid. Is no one gonna question the lawyer on how she got the proof? How can she even use that evidence in the court room? Damini is such a big lawyer, yet she’s resorting to trespassing to win the case and no one will question her on that? She shouldn’t be allowed to practice law.

Okay just saw the court hearing. Naira said she was told the baby may have some abnormalities which is why she considered abortion but then she ran away at the last minute.

I freaking love Kartik’s reaction and the speech he will give before telling the judge to give Naira the custody.

So apparently on this page ..they have posted all the info and scenes in the court. So basically damini goes into sitting and kartik points out how it was his ego and all that blah blah...i wonder after all this why did they show kartik talking to naira like that outside the court ?

OK this makes more sense... I really don't think you can abort at the last stage especially not during delivery so that spoiler about doctors advicing abortion because of long labour makes no sense. So I guess Nairas uncertain decision to have an abortion is understandable but then again the makers had to give a strong reason for Naira to consider such a step as we all know Naira survived for her child and would never even think of such step for anything other than the betterment of her child.
