I love Kartik is all I want to say after today’s episode 🤣.

Despite of Naira taking his rights from him time and again, he still has the decency to seek joint custody. I have no words for Naira tbh. She’s coming across as too arrogant and selfish. A child doesn’t only need his mother for her information.

I hope Kartik withdraws the case because unlike Naira, he can’t intentionally torture her. Naira can have Kairav for herself and then Kairav should go into depression or fall sick at the thought of being separated from his father. Once Naira realises that Kairav needs his father as much as he needs his mother, only then would she feel guilty for snatching Kartik and Kairav’s rights from them.

I don’t want her to come out of this pretending to be the bigger person because she’s clearly not acting like one right now.

So she was already married...ya fake hai ? Kaira toh would be married at the end but i really want to see how will they make exit for vedikas character.

So as per TC, Vedika was in an abusive marriage and managed to escape somehow..that means Vedika and Kartik's marriage will be illegal anyway not bcz of Naira but bcz Vedika dint get divorced 😆.. Anyway can TC's spoilers be relied upon?

They have made a perfect square if this is true.... because that means that the marriage of vedika and kartik is invalid ...because currently naira is still legally married to kartik as per hindu law and religion...and that directly means the marriage is illegal ...

Now if vedika was already married before and didnt get a divorce this makes her already married...so their marriage is automatically invalid way before naira came into the scene...

No kartik never said custody rights with him ....Kartik had clearly said decision making rights will be his..... His battle was always about decision making rights for kairav being his father. Naira just want to give visiting rights to kartik and not decision making rights.

So kartik has filed for joint custody and naira has filed for solo custody because she was always clear in her stand that she will allow kartik only visiting rights and nothing more than that.

lol naira chahti hai ki kartik guest ki tarah apne son ke life mai rahe. It was naira who started with this only visiting rights for kartik crap so kartik hit back and said kairav will stay with her but decision making rights will be his . He wanted to give naira her own taste of medicine. But still he is looking better than naira who is expecting joint custody.

Agar real life mai naira jaise koi ladki bina bataye bacche ke sath gayab ho gai hoti ya itna bada fraud kiya hota to husband solo custody he demand karte hai.

Kartik ne itne bade injustice and fraud ke baad bhi joint custody demand kiya and naira se uska maa hone ha haqq nai snatch kiya ...he is looking better person in this track👍🏼👏 Naira is looking very arrogant and selfish jo solo custody chahti hai.She is clearly doing injustice with kartik and kairav. I think chipkali ka Ex hoga but not ex-husband .

Technically she is in goenka mention since last 5 years ... usse pehle agar 2 saal pehle separate ho gai hogi to purani shaddi ko 7 saal complete ho gaye so her first marriage has already invalid as per hindu act.

Agar sirf 5 saal hua hai first wedding ko aisa cvs ne dikhaya to vekar vivaah null ho jayega😆

Aise i seriously want vedika ka first husband wapis aa jaye or vedika ko le jaye and i also want kartik-naira ka second time divorce bhi grant ho jaye or kairav ka custody bhi kartik ko mil jaye.

After this kartik will have no wife in his life.He and his son will happily live in goenka house.

Bhagaudi ke solo custody ke armaan adhure reh jayege and chipkali ki bhi band baj jayegi purane husband ke sath. Yeh dono ladies ke wajah se he raita faila hua hai. 😡

Gud observation regarding 7 yrs period but if CVs have to show something, they will do it overlooking legal aspect. Naira and Kartik's marriage issue was brought up bcz of the complaints against bigamy not because CVs wanted to follow legal route. May be with Vedika they will not take time period into consideration or may again change Vedika's period with Goenkas from 5 to 2 yrs. With her I feel there will be something more than an abusive relationship(as per some spoilers), probably she manipulated her ex husband/bf, she's calculative which is explicit in the track and with the way she's reacting vis a vis how she was shown initially, she seems to be have sort of borderline personality disorder, that may also come into play.

Seriously Naira is a pain in an ass with her mahanta thing, I want to cheer for her and can't see her getting humiliated in public but she's calling for it. Why shouldn't she be punished when she's clearly making no sense at the moment and letting people suffer bcz of her stupid decisions. I don't want Vedika being shown in an abusive relationship prior to her marriage with Kartik bcz then with the way her character is coming across, Naira has full potential to support Vedika and push her further into Kartik's life lol.

If Vedika was an in abusive relationship, how would that help Kartik and Naira’s reunion?

As @Blackwater said, wouldn’t this create more sympathy for her character?

Only if Vedika is at fault would this character lead to her exit. If not, we should just accept that she is permanent third angle between Kartik-Naira and she’s not going anywhere. I don’t see her track coming to an end because of how she’s being portrayed like a typical female lead right now.
