For me, Khushi went ahead and embraced intimacy with Arnav, her legal husband, because she is practical. She had no reason to wait for Akash, when there was nothing there to begin with.

Its not infidelity at all. At least, not now.

Not now means there will be? She has closed his chapter but she still has feelings for him or thinks he is the right guy.
