I don't think you would be allowed to make a thread like that but you have perfectly described whats going on here.. BTW this post of mine was meant for the TM. I'm glad some neutral members are voicing out a bit more despite the current atmosphere.

I wanted to voice out myself many times, but then I don't think I am as neutral as the TM or even you because I do feel an affinity to Anupre fans having been with them for this long even if silent.

Damn, I too liked the character upto certain extent but didn't went to post all this justifications for his behalf or went on against AnuPre and sacrificial drama which I condemned. He has been iconic character and his characteristic arch is good though but counting him as Lord of all has distrupted the idea of genuine watching now. I have no idea what his character was like (I was a kid back then) but now when I m grown I know to difference between the good and bad.

For his every evil intention or act people have got justifications to do at cost of Anurag and Prerna.

We might be AnuPre fans credits to the intense play by them if not the storyline. We have been hook to this story by them and even if we are neutral we simply can't get over the fact of the lovestory we began with. I appreciated everyone for the acting no matter how worse the storyline gets into.

But when people started questioning AnuPre's love things triggered for me badly. We ain't fool to stick with this serial had the portrayal of 200 episodes worthy enough to call it a genuine love.

I am so sorry, but I will continue to think that Anurag is a banal, hackneyed, common place character-there is nothing entertaining about him and I will continue to enjoy to enjoy the layered, fascinating character that Bajaj is.

It had been worth calling a discussion based forum had it difference in opinions. This has become a disinterested platitude platform to justify one character and pseudo-bash another, simply because it didn't had that so called layers. This post didn't intend to bash any character but eventually it had become one.

Everyone has opinions but giving justifications, making assumptions on one mere dialogue and start bashing—is this has become rule for fictional preference to enjoy a character? Sorry, I had no idea about that. A character isn't all about entertainment but bits of relativity in characteristic arch. If we have literally zoomed to your character–Anurag and my character–Bajaj. It would rather become a fool's play. Having layers in a character is fascinating but God worshipping a character is a different case. Bajaj is made nothing less than a God here who plays everyone like puppets. He know what's going on with everyone on the right time, way too glorified. Anyway you are free to have your opinion likewise. I focused more for the people questioning AnuPre's love.

@Bold: It is OK to like B character. But didn't i say exactly that most of B character fans cannot tolerate absolute critique, they dragged A critique here again...It only proves my observation

You are entitled to yours views and me for mine.

This forum has more bashing posts for bajaj as compared to anurag. He has been accused with a lot of disgusting words as compared to anurag...he has been bashed upon actions he did and has been accused of a lot of stuff he never did....based on assumptions.....prerna bajaj has been compared to a rape scenario on this forum....this has been the extent and you are telling me that a particular fangroup know their limits and we need not justify. Every act which is justified.....is justified with a logic.. the way people percieve things can be different....i feel shaadi mat karo agar nibha nahi sakte ho....aur agar kar li toh uski seema mein raho....warna tod do...shaadi shuda hokar doosro ke gale mat lago ...thats wrong for me ....aapke liye nahi hoga...toh thats okay. I respect that.

And yes bajaj is called upon on his wrong acts too.....many of us people do that.....the very first post against bajaj after the accident was from a bajaj fan.....there were billions of posts stating that how bajaj should be punished after that by anupre fans .....forum members families were brought in to make them believe what a particular fan group believed....and when anurag came out to be a planner........what logic anurag fans give ???...oh we are disappointed....or ya i understand him...i can sympathesize with him.....why there was no posts asking for punishment then ???...wasnt anurag ethically wrong at the point ???...if the particular fangroup is so fair in the judgement....why nobody spoke up....???....i will give you example of yesterday only when i said that anurag shouldnt know about what goes in bajaj prerna bedroom.....taak jhaak karna is wrong....and somebody actually told me anurag ka kamra aur uski prerna....joh chaahe kare with a proud smiley. What logic you find in such statements ???.....nobody is pseudobashing anurag here .....balki bajaj is always bashed more brutally even his good actions like saving prerna have been bashed on this forum....its just that bajaj fans dont cry out loud that ohh bajaj bash ho raha hain. Bashing is from both the sides and should stop ....that i agree....characters hain....characters ki tarah dekho....that i agree. But no need to pinpoint a certain set of people according to convinience.

If we are done calling out a fandom for psuedo bashing of one character based on one line and passing judgements on that fandom who are making their fav sound iconic for the actor playing and for s1 character and preaching them the moralities to be mature enough, can we close this topic ??

The post was about AnuPre , but what gained momentum and fire is the PS part not sure if it's done provocatively or otherwise .. but then based on the discussions followed , it clearly is to call out fandoms and moral police them for their opinions for characters .

Every member has every right to justify their favorite, not everyone has the same understanding and perception of characters... but that doesn't mean that they are NOT allowed to go gaga over defend or justify their favorites in the forum just because they are making supposedly "negative" character as iconic where is the acceptance of diverse views here ??

If psuedo bashing of one character is wrong so is for other characters..the dialogues in the show come with ambiguity , where things can be perceived in a way where you justify your favorite .. there are many topics indulging in psuedo bashing other characters as well over assumptions based on ambiguous dialogues

and Ironically such topics are what fuel fanwars in the forum, where other's views and opinions are not acceptable and members are called out and preached for lack of maturity and having differing backgrounds .
