I've an intuition that kuki isn't the sole reason there's more to this but I'll wait for things to unfold before really commenting. For now this is an intuition.

Dialougue writers of this show are quiet messy......i agree that bajaj peet peeche waar nahi karta doesnt suits bajaj when he speaks to anurag.....because all he does normally with anurag is peeth peeche only. Same goes with anurag also though. But yes the dialougue holds no meaning.

But that doesn’t change the fact that he wanted to hurt Anurag and he did follow him. As the others mentioned let’s wait and see but to what was shown in the episodes so far, it’s clear that he wanted to hurt Anurag but he changed after seeing Prerna. So that doesn’t make him any better person especially on peet peecha thing

When one is acquiring or taking over a company the process is not invisible, owner knows that his stocks are dwindling and they take steps to protect their stakes, if Anurag could not handle his company then it is not Bajaj's fault, none is in business to serve Anurag Basu, corporate world is ruthless.

Bajaj's dialogues are very clear, he doesn't say much but he gets enough to put across his opinion and explain his steps, marrying Prerna was marrying Prerna, not everyone believes that love for Anurag means Anurag owns her body, they are individuals
