She is only restricted due to her marriage.

RB maybe be like, I release you from this marriage. AnuPre reunite for a bit. Pregnancy is revealed. Anurag doubts the baby's paternity (which can happen given that quite a bit of time has passed since PreRish marriage, giving them a window to show that Prerna conceived RB's baby). Prerna is heartbroken.

RB brings Komolika back as AB's wife. Prerna is more sad. RB takes responsibility of Prerna and baby, takes her away.
