I wasn't sure the best way to describe them lol. They stalk celebrities to find out who they are dating and release their dating news unless they get paid not to do so( in Korea celebrities especially idols try to keep their dating secret). Also, they investigate entertainment scandals and release any information they found. I am not sure how they got hold of the text messages but they got a reputation in Koreafor being reliable when it comes to investigating celeb scandals.
