As a point of interest, AS has lifted an idea from Karamchand......... Maddy always telling Abhijeet "you are a genius" exactly like assistant Kitty would tell her boss Detective Karamchand.

Now that everyone is talking about sitcoms (we had hoped AS would be in same category but unfortunately it is not) Office Office and before that Zabaan sambhal ke were real good ones. But Zaban Sambhal ke never was able to match the original classic English comedy called Mind Your Language.

Wonder when Marathi serials will do real justice to the sitcom genre.

Youtube sooner the better , i watch most of indian shows on youtube. But someone deletes them as soon as some one posts . So its timing😀 sarabhai vs sarabhai was cult classic like yeh jo hai zindagi

Allow the characters grow on u n then u will enjoy part 2 .

Ratna pathak was too good n i luved her style in part 1 sarees wt different designer blouse very pretty, roshesh with his meri momma songs so adorable n satish shah awesome with deaf fufaji

Mind your language is available on Amazon Prime. Chaal navachi vachal vasti was a sitcom and a good one at that.

Oh yeah...good point. Kitty would say "Sir, you are a genius." Pankaj Kapoor as Karamchand with his carrot and distinct mannerisms.

I'll have to watch it before they vanish from YT.

Unfortunately when it comes to Marathi comedy serials, they tend to add some emotional massala now and then for a wider audience and that is the problem. A racy sitcom is fast paced and there is not the slightest bit of tugging at emotional chords. I don't remember watching any marathi serial on the lines of Yeh Jo hai zindagi.

Wondering if there will be Maha episode for 2 hrs for wedding between AR and asawari around Diwali time.

They might have a wedding around Diwali but I doubt it will be a mahaepisode with all glittering dresses etc. They decided to just have a court marriage for Soham so logically they can't show anything flashy for Abhi-Asa.
