Naira can fight her own case..provision is there

Naira can fight her own case by arguing for herself without a lawyer. Court will allow such provision which is constitutional.

If Naira thought that she could present her case better than any lawyer,it need not be due to her mahanata ...

Section 32 of the Advocate’s Act clearly mentions, the court may allow any person to appear before it even if he is not an advocate. Therefore, one gets the statutory right to defend one’s own case through Advocate Act in India. This rule is subject to certain exceptions.

• Article 19 of the Constitution of India guarantees certain freedoms to the citizens of this country which includes right to practise any profession or to carry on any occupation, trade or business. It, therefore, naturally follows that the right to practise law, which is a profession, is a fundamental right that is conferred upon all citizens of this country.

• Therefore, it can be said that the person has right to appear in any court in India. There are exceptions based on general rules that are only regulatory in nature and the main purpose is to impose reasonable restrictions in the interest of general public.

Every court has their rules which serve as a guideline for procedure implementation and these rules also talks about contending case without an advocate.

Yes she can but this is going to be a blunder...she will be placed opposite a ruthless and intimidating lawyer who hasn't lost a case yet and is determined to win this one too...Naira doesn't have any knowledge regarding law nor does she have any experience to deal with such situations, it wouldl be better if she hired someone competent for her case if she is seriously thinking to win her son's custody...on one hand she ll be questioned mercilessly and on the other hand she will have to present her case, doing both at the same time can take a toll on her emotionally and I m already scared for her.

Lawyer payal abhi tak ek bhi case nai hari as per articles , lekin woh apni career ka first case haregi because this time she will fight against naira the wonder woman😆

There is no need to mock Naira if she wins the case. She need not be the Wonder Woman .Sometimes,if god blesses and destiny favours anything can happen. Those who argue their own cases may not be experts in law but their earnest,honest and heartfelt presentation will woo the judges if the facts are true.

Court mai sirf heartfelt presentation nai dekha jata.

What is strong point in naira's case ? Her case is as much weak as her decision like gayab ho jana .

I want yeh lawyer kartik/naira ki left/right/center mai band bajaye .

And yes not only naira, i am mocking writers too . Naira ko wonder woman dikhane ki bhi ek limit hoti hai.

Naira ka case already bahot weak hai, aise mai usko super woman dikhane ke badle accha lawyer bhi uski taraf se dikhate to better hota.

Haz chiz mai mahanta ka extra dose add karna inki aadat hai.

Agar wonder woman khud yeh case ladne wali hai to payal ki haar pakki hai kyonki wonder woman har kaam mai expert hai as per writers . Payal bichari iss baat ko janti nai hai. Abhi career ka first case haregi😆
