Kartik and Kairav didn’t meet through the right channel. Idk if Kartik will bring that up but Kairav contacting a stranger and running away from the house for that stranger can surely be used as an example of bad parenting against Naira. Also it can prove how desperate Kairav was for his father yet Naira chose to hide the truth from Kartik.

I really don’t see how Naira has a stronger case against Kartik. The only think working in her favour is that she’s the mother. Her medical history isn’t the best. What if the clot reoccurs due to the stress? Would she be able to take care of Kairav then?

If they dig deep, both Kaira have a lot of baggage and a bad past. From running away at the age of 10/11 to major anger issues, they have it all. Kartik was an alcoholic at one point.

I doubt they would bring all these things up, but as you said, in Naamkaran it got dirty and Avni’s entire life story was used against her, the same can happen in the show as well. Both can win, but I have a feeling Naira would win despite Kartik having a stronger case against her.

Of course naira will win because wonder woman will fight her own case and in the end may be kartik will back off for kairav /naira .

Kartik's case can be very strong if they put all the points and goa incidents in correct manner and naira has nothing much to say , her case is also very weak .

Naira would be stupid to be the one to initiate the custody case without taking into account her chances of winning. I do hope though that karthik’s lawyer character assassinating naira in court happens with naira and hopefully naira and singhanias blasting karthik for it and reminding him of how he repeated the same mistake before with naira.

Done with blasting and misunderstandings now. They should start winding up the track by clarifying all their past misunderstandings, not create new ones.

Dear the only person getting all the blasting has been Naira... Its high time Kartik got some. The root cause of all this mess needs to be addressed.

Agreed! He's so desperate for kairav's custody, but in doing so does he not know that he would have to put down naira and make her look bad in court? He's for sure going to get a blasting at some point.
