they should not release any trailer which gives out the movie plot in some way or the other

the songs should be only 1-2 mins and promotions should be cut down to 15 - 30 days

more curiosity needs to be generated

Salman movies on eid will work with this template. But everyone else including Aamir needs the promotion.

If the movie is there and Ayushmann or RKR star in it, people will certainly go.

Many families goes to Salman movies, just because it is a Salman movie. And remember there will be no internet, to influence WOM like they do nowadays, and remember Ayushmann movies aren't really penetrating the mass centers.

Also Aamir is the ultimate baap of content movies, he is much much bigger than all these RKRs, Ayushmanns and so on.

Aamir has amassed a lot of goodwill from audience over the years. I think his movies will work since his reputation is stellar when it comes to delivering good content movies... Highly doubt one TOH would have diminished the goodwill.
