She really really needs a push in a more neutral direction. She's been so focused on her motivation being her love for A that it's made her incredibly dislikable to a lot of the general audience. The problem is that the way they've written her, no one can really relate to her emotions or her motivations. The fact that as an audience we see the juxtaposition of A and Rb's characters, what that means for both the men in terms of future plot, needs to be revealed to Prerna. I don't even care if it doesn't suddenly make her see Rishabh a new light, as long as Prerna can own up to her own judgements, prejudice and never-ending bias, actually admit that she may have erred in blindly having faith in the Basus, it may well bring her back on track to a tolerable character.
As it stands, considering the ridiculous insults she hurled Rishabh's way, of course no one wants to see her with him. But the relationship they share is so much more than the one she keeps trying to force between her and A. For one her marriage with Rishabh is real, it is entrenched in not only legal security but in solemn vows that both undertook. It might be an empty marriage right now, but this track has to bring some semblance of trust on her end or we aren't going to get ANYWHERE with the plot and it'll be November and A will have been in his 20th catastrophic, life ending accident 🤣
