Is court a kind of jail?...do they torture children...Is resolving issues in court considered negative in this era?...do they ask questions from children the same way they ask from adults?...as far as I know they are polite with children...also child's well being is considered in majority of the cases...do children get mentally disturbed? I don't think so..though parent's separation or divorce can surely impact children's well being and mental health...but so does parents constant fight while living under same roof...

Well said! If this court track happens, Naira is being very inconsistent about Kairav's welfare being her only priority. She walked out on her marriage because she didnt want his legitimacy questioned. She came back to Udaipur for Kairav's treatment. She agreed to live in GV under horrible circumstances because Kairav was recovering from heart surgery and wanted to be near his father. So far, ok she took hard decisions for her child's benefit. Now, instead of telling Vedika she should work her issues out with Kartik, she is going to drag her child through court and separate him from his father, because of guilt towards a woman who is no one to her? I would rather the custody case came from Kartik due to some misunderstanding than from Naira being this deliberately illogical and thoughtless.

There's nothing wrong in going to court if two parties cannot come onto a decision mutually..a third party's intervention which is neutral doesn't hurt... this is what is happening in this case but I agree with ur last para, Naira doesn't seem to be doing it for her own son, she's doing it for the sake of Vedika...She should see Vedika and Kartik's marriage getting invalid as an opportunity to undo her mistake of keeping her son away from his father..She knows Kairav has started getting attached to his father and vice versa but taking him to court so that Vedika remains happy and the other 3 persons not is heights of dumbness. Also now with Kairav in the picture and seeing Kartik's feelings about his so called marriage, there's no point pushing him away towards Vedika forcefully. I know this is wrong with Vedika but it has always been one sided love and she took a risk which dint materialise.
