The way I see it, Baj came to tell Pre the truth after the accident and also today tried to talk to her and explain to her privately. He only wanted to talk to HER, and explain himself. She literally tossed everything back in his face, and all but asked him to F**k off.

And I will agree Baj doesn’t have a stellar track record, so Pre should have objectively listened to both sides and establish what factually happened. Why will any man go to the cops and admit his guilt? Why would Baj be stupid enough to use his car and leave ample evidence to kill Anu?

Hasn’t Anu always accused Baj of something or the other without any Mettle to it?

This better lead to some solid redemption track by Pre and make way for their marriage to become stronger.
