Flashback 2015: Did DP deserve best actress award for Piku?

In 2015, there were a LOT of performances which were better than DP's in Piku, including DP's own in Tamasha. Also, Kangana and Anushka were fabulous in their respective films TWMR and NH10. So, why did the jury decide to award Piku? Thoughts??

Deepika deserved to win that year for Tamasha but since she won either way I don't care
